Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TRADEBOT CS2 software application and related services (the "Software", "Service"), provided by TRADEBOT CS2 ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. The Product
TRADEBOT CS2 is a downloadable desktop software application for Windows that automates trading of in-game items on third-party marketplaces according to parameters you configure. We sell a licence (subscription) to use the Software. We do not sell, hold, broker, or exchange in-game items, virtual goods, or currency ourselves. All item transactions are executed on third-party marketplaces through your own accounts and API keys.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software and of any connected third-party marketplace is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the Software for your personal or internal business use. Each licence is bound to a single computer via a hardware identifier (HWID). You may move your licence to another computer within the limits described in our documentation.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- circumvent, disable, or tamper with the licensing, HWID binding, or security mechanisms;
- use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the terms of any third-party marketplace, Steam, or Valve.
4. Third-Party Services
The Software interacts with third-party platforms (including Steam and marketplaces such as Waxpeer, MarketCSGO, CSFloat and ShadowPay). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, or any marketplace. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You are solely responsible for your accounts, API keys, and compliance with their rules. We are not liable for any suspension, restriction, or loss arising from a third-party platform.
5. No Guarantee of Profit; No Financial Advice
The Software automates trading according to parameters you set. Results are not guaranteed and depend on market conditions and your configuration. The Software is a tool, not investment or financial advice. You use it at your own risk and are responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
6. Fees, Subscription and Payment
Access to the Software is provided on a paid subscription or licence basis. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our authorised payment provider acting as merchant of record. Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
7. Availability and Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Software at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, in-game items, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Software ends and you must stop using it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
